Essential Duties and Responsibilities

            General Administrative

  • Manages Reception Area
  • Facilitates communication between all concerned parties
  • Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families
  • Services meetings by producing and distributing agendas, minutes and action plans
  • Manages correspondence using current paper and electronic systems for tracking and filing information and data
  • Oversees the handling of all inquiries including taking and routing messages to appropriate parties
  • Supports facility events in liaison with management
  • Assists Administrator in inventorying and ordering supplies as directed.
  • Oversees the distribution of staff and residents’ mail
  • Provides clerical work at direction of Administrator
