The primary purpose of your job position is to admit new residents to LifeQuest Nursing Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations established policies and procedures of the facility and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the medical, emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

•Respond to all incoming inquiries or referrals to the facility.

•Provide information to resident/families as to Medicare/Medicaid, and other financial assistance programs available to the resident.

•Receive and follow work schedule/instructions from Administrator and as outlined in established policies and procedures. Work efficiently and independently with limited supervision from Administrator as per established policy & procedure.

• Assist in interviewing residents/guardians and obtaining required information and signatures.

• Maintain a quality working relationship with the medical profession and other health related facilities and organizations.

• Admit and prepare identification records for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

•Bachelors degree required

•Long Term Care experience required

•Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.

•Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices

•Marketing experience preferred
